Document Description
17 single family lots ranging in size from 26,200 to 54,100 sf, two open space parcels totaling 3.96 acres that includes a 5,000 sf passive recreation area, and two common area lots totaling 0.38 acres. Access to the site will be from a 23-ft wide private road extending southeast from Joeger Rd, through the site, and culminating with a cul-de-sac. No sidewalks are proposed and one site of the road will contain and gutter to increase drainage capacity.
