The project site is approx 4.565 acres. The project site ranges in elevation from approx 605 to 620 feet above mean sea level and slopes gently east to west. The site is vacant and undeveloped, but indications of previous disturbance, including mass grading are present. The vegetation on the project site is characterized as disturbed, non-native annual grassland; nor large shrubs or trees are present on the site.
