Document Description
Proposal to rezone an approx 17.67 acre portion of two contiguous legal parcels to allow the construction of an emergency transportation facility (which consists of a hangar/ambulance garage and heliport) by use permit. The subject parcels are currently zoned M-1, whereas the applicant is proposing a zone change to the M-2 district. The land under the helicopter's flight path will also be rezoned. The project site is located approx 1.6 mi northwest of intersection of US Hwy 395 and SR at 702-900 and 702-910 Johnstonville Road, Susanville, CA 96130.
