Document Description
The Riverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation District proposes to replace an existing interim dirt-lined trapezoidal flood control channel with a concrete lined trapezoidal and rectangular channel, including concrete culverts, across Valley View Ave and Sierra Ave and an Armorflex, gabion, or rock lined invert at the western end where the line reconstructed on Sierra Ave, Fortuna Rd, Valley View Ave, and Gallop Lane.
