Document Description
This addendum analyzes the minor modification related to Phase 2 of the Palm
Desert Groundwater Replenishment Facility Project ( certified EIR 2018); whereas minor revisions to the original design were required in order to comply with requests from permitting agencies and have been analyzed in this addendum. Design revisions for the project include: 1) relocation of the Mid-Valley Pipeline (MVP) Extension from the channel bed to the channel embankment; and 2) slope lining adjacent to Water Reclamation Plant No. 10 boundaries to protect the MVP Extension and allow
low flows exceeding the capacity of the ponds to bypass the facility. These minor project changes have been analyzed under the provisions of CEQA consistent with the original EIR, and have been determined to result in no change to the significance of the impacts from the project
