The proposed GPA and Zone change involves the city planning area 12 and PA 40, in Orange County, CA. PA 12 encompasses approx 1,053 acres and is bound by Jeffrey Road to the northwest, I-5 to the northeast, I-405 to the southwest, and Sand Canyon Ave to the southeast. PA 40 encompasses approx 634 acres and is bound by Jeffrey Road to the northwest, Trabuco Rd to the northeast, PA51 to the southeast, and I-5 to the southwest.
