Document Description
Demolition of existing auto dealership and construction of 116 condominium townhomes with on and
off-site improvements. This project is part of the Transit District Specific Plan, which identified the future
use of the property for mixed-use, commercial and residential. The project is within the scope of the
Program EIR prepared and previously certified for the project area. No new impacts were identified as a
result of this subsequent activity and all applicable mitigaiton measures were made conditions.
