Document Description
The updated Specific Plan includes the following changes: It is estimated the Specific Plan will support development of over 978,700 (projected) and 430,600 (expected) square feet (SF) of commercial and industrial development rather than the previously stated 1.4 million SF. It is estimated the Specific Plan will support development of 1,412 (projected) and 648 (expected) dwelling units (DU) rather than the previuosly stated 1,611 DU. These projected estimates are based on amended FAR, lot size requirements, and height limits within the proposed Specific Plan zones, which can be viewed in the updated NOP and Initial Study.
