Document Description
Caltrans proposes to install signals on SR 137 at SR 99 southbound on/off ramp intersection and the SR 99 northbound on/off ramp intersection in the City of Tulare. The project proposes to close mid-ramp local streets across to the on/off ramps and realign the SR 99 northbound on/off ramp to minimize the north/south offset and permanently close a local road (Dayton Street) creating a three-way intersection that would reduce conflict. Crosswalk striping will be re-done and would include ADA improvements.
