- The proposed project consists of construction and operation of a new senior activity center and clinic, public library, transit center, and associated parking and landscaping. Based on the EIR, the project could have significant environmental effects related to air quality, greenhouse gas emissions and energy, noise, transportation and traffic, and cumulative impacts. As described in the EIR all these impacts can be fully mitigated.
