The Trails Master Plan includes 41 new trail segments to be the city, private applicant, or other public agency that would expand the existing trails network by an additional 3 8.0 miles. The City Council, at its August 27, 2019 meeting, adopted the Mitigated Negative Declaration and a Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program; approved an amendment to the General Plan Open Space, Conservation, and Recreation Element; and adopted the Trails Master Plan.
