The subject property consists of a parcel of land, encompassing approx. 5.02 acres more or less, commonly referred to as "Howland Hill Road" and APN 112-180-35. The parcel is contiguous to the Tribe's original Rancheria boundaries. The Subject Parcel is currently used as open space. The 2170 Howland Hill Road Parcel is surrounded primarily by other residences. The primary goal in acquiring the subject parcel is to provide long-term socio-economic security for the Tribe through land consolidation and provision of housing to enhance self-determination.
