CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2016-0180-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Resource Conservation District of Santa Cruz County.
Project consists of construction of a flashboard diversion, an off-stream 0.6-acre sediment basin, and a pipe outlet. Construction will include clearing of vegetation from the project site, excavation, berm construction, erosion control and revegetation.
