Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0030-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Siller Brothers, Inc. represented by Wayne Helm. Project is limited to water drafting at an established drafting site on Rock Creek, a Class I stream. Water maximum draw is 100 gallons per minute, when flow is greater than 0.2 CFS. Additional work at the site includes reestablishment of a Class III watercourse channel to its original location and building a berm to re-direct sediment into native vegetation and away from connection into the creek. Both of these activities occur out of the stream channel. After operations and before winter period, an adjacent log landing, the existing water truck approach, and the Class III channel that is presently delivering sediment into Rock Creek will be packed with logging slash to mitigate sedimentation into Rock Creek.
