CDFW has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2016-0160-R6, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Canadian Pacific land, LLC and Strack Farms land, LLFC. The project includes the construction of thirty-four single family residences, retention basin, community park, and supporting streets and infrastructure. Two portions of the stream where roads will cross will have a 36-inch and 48 inch reinforced concrete pipe along with 1/4 ton riprap placed.
