Up to nine geotechnical test pits will be dug under the Right of Entry permit. Average depth would be around 10 feet and range from 6 to 14 feet. The diameter of each pit would be roughly the same as the pit depth. Once the information from a pit is obtained it would be immediately filled back in to pre-pit conditions. Time spent at each pit would be less than one hour and the work would be completed in more than two days.
