Adoption of the Ordinance sets the rate methodology, terms and conditions for the transportation, treatment, and disposal of wastewater for Arrowbear Park County Water District and County Service Area 79 (the community of Green Valley Lake). Running Springs Water District ("Running Springs") is an independent county water district in San Bernardino County formed pursuant to the County Water District Law (California Water Code Section 30000 et seq.). Arrowbear Park County Water District ("Arrowbear") and County Service Area 79 (the community of Green Valley Lake are independent public agencies within San Bernardino County located outside the boundaries of Running Springs and therefore none of the property located within Arrowbear or Green Valley Lake provides tax revenue for Running Springs.
