Under this Agreement, Permittee will conduct routine maintenance activities, periodic activities necessary to maintain the water transport capacity of Belmont Creek. Activities include removal of trash and debris, vegetation management (removal of dead and senescent limbs or trucks that may obstruct the Industrial Road overcrossing), and removal of invasive, non-native plants and shrubs.
