Document Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) proposes to build a facility to be utilized by District 10 - Maintenance Structural Street Paint Crew in San Joaquin County on State Route (SR) 99 at post mile (PM) 5.0. The scope of work includes site clearing and grading; placement of fencing and septic system; installation of building and utilities; and the installation of a parking lot, curb and gutter, and drainage. All work will occur in the State Right-of-Way. The purpose of the project is to construct a maintenance facility, and the need of the project is to store paint and materials used for bridge maintenance.
