Document Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) proposes to install Accessible Pedestrian Signals (APS) on SR 132 in the Ctiy of Waterford in Stanislaus County. The scope of the work includes installing APS at various intersections, installing electrical conduit, relocating pull boxes, and installing poles for push buttons, trenching, and replacing signals with ADA complaint signal heads. The purpose of the project is to improve accessibility of pedestrian facilities and the need of the project is to ensure the safety of pedestrians.
