Document Description
This project is for the repurchase of 10 privately owned parcels as one property called the Blue Oak Ranch. Collectively the parcels are 1,391.00 acres and are located on either side of State Route 175 Between Hopland and Lakeport. The current objective for these lands is to promote the natural, cultural, biological, and scenic settings while providing for easy access for OHV use and special permitted events.
