Document Description
The Air District adopted a revision to the State Implementation Plan (SIP) that demonstrates the District rules meet Reasonably Available Control Technology (RACT). The SIP revision includes commitments to adopt two new rules that will apply to VOC emission from plastic parts coating and NOx emissions from natural gas-fired ovens at major sources. Two stationary sources will be subject to the new rules, and both already meet RACT emission standards.
