Document Description
The project is limited to construction of a new seep well on the bank of Rush Creek, to provide domestic water supply to an existing home on the legal parcel recognized as 010-660-05. Additionally, the project includes the diversion of water from subsurface flow of Rush Creek, pursuant to a riparian basis of claim. The edge of the new well, including excavation, shall be no closer than 10 feet to the edge of the active bank of the stream. All spoils shall be placed no closer than 50 feet from the bank of the channel and shall be removed from the floodplain terrace. This Agreement does not authorize the removal of riparian vegetation, except for ground cover around the worksite, typically blackberries, horsetail, and grasses. No trees shall be removed.
