The treatment's plant's wash water return and sludge collection systems require modifications to improve the treatment plant operations, ensure regulatory compliance and reduce staff maintenance activities. The project will ultimately add two washwater return basins, one sludge drying bed and one thickener tank at the Earl Schmidt Filtration plant.
