February 2017 storms in Plumas Co on SR 70 from PMs 0.0 to 11.0 have caused flooding, resulting in plugged or damaged culverts, pavement and road shoulder erosion/scouring, and bank erosion of the NFFR. Damage must be repaired to avoid further loss of roadway infrastructure and to re-open the roadway to the public.
