Document Description
Proposed project would construct a spur extension for rail access to the Lagunitas Brewery Company, allowing the delivery of grain and good to the Brewery and the transfer of beer products out in a more efficient manner than semi-trucks. To accomplish this, an existing rail spur will be extended across a nearby creek until it is adjacent to the Lagunitas Facility. To minimize impacts of the creek and accommodate the runoff within the creek, a retaining wall will be built. At the creek crossing, two 48-inch culverts will be installed to convey flow downstream.
