Document Description
The project proposes to apply a pink pigmented limewash finish to the existing lime plaster on the first floor exterior of the Cosmopolitan Hotel in Old Town San Diego State Historic Park. The finish is based on analysis of the original wall material from the interpretive period circa 1869-1874.
