Document Description
SWRCB as the lead agency will be issuing a water supply permit. The Northrop Grumman completed construction of Site 4 Water Softener on Dec. 30, 2015. The water softener treatment will reduce the hardness from water produced by the two active wells on site. The water softener will reduce the industrial water storage in site 4 which translate in reduce the onsite groundwater demands. The project will provide for the operation of these facilities.
