Document Description
Replace the roof on the historic Livery Stable in San Juan Bautista State Historic Park to preserve and protect the facility. Work will: remove existing roofing, underlayments, nails, metal flashing and roof jacks; repair or replace in kind damaged skip board roof sheathing; install new redwood shingles over felt underlayment on the lower roof portions; and install new galvanized iron eaves and rake edge metal flashing over the plywood on the upper roof areas.
