This first task will relate stream flow releases to different hydrographs which incorporate dredging needs, climate change, drought, and overall watershed health and function. The second task would focus on better management of dredged materials currently trapped behind the dam to be placed downstream to augment critical spawning habitat. The third task would consist of monitoring results from tasks one and two.
