Develop the tools and information necessary to prepare restoration designs that will maximize the ecological function and value of the Scotts Creek Lagoon through the development of data and quantitative tools to support scientifically supported and consensus based decision-making, and Ecological restoration designs that restore ecological dynamism and connectivity, which is severely limiting the ability of this system to support robust and resilient populations of these T&E species.
