Document Description
The project consists of performing maintenance dredging to previously authorized depths at two locations within the waterside of the leasehold and minor repair of existing overwater structures. The US Army Corps of Engineers and US Environmental Protection Agency have approved that the dredged material be disposed via ocean disposal and beneficial reuse/nearshore disposal at Imperial Beach. The proposed project does not expand the existing uses of facilities or structures.
