Document Description
CDFW has executed lake and streambed alteration agreement no. 1600-2016-0336-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the fish and game code to Garth Hall/Santa Clara Valley Water District. The purpose of the project is to remove the dam overflow pipes and installation of concrete spillways at the crests of dams 6, 7, 8, and 10 within the Madrone Channel. Dams 6 and 7 will be replaced at the same locations, whereas dams 8 and 10 will be relocated approx 50 ft downstream of their current locations to avoid underground service utility lines.
