Document Description
The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is a Responsible Agency for the Project. The State Water Board’s Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) Program is financing the Project referred to internally as Nicasio School District Water System Upgrade Project. The Project includes construction of a water treatment filtration system in a new 10-foot by 12-foot shed, replacing the existing treatment housing, at the school’s existing water tank site. The Project will also create a monitoring schedule/plan and add locks to the existing water tank hatches, in order to bring the water system into compliance with the Surface Water Treatment Rule. All treatment items will be housed in the new shed, aside from the proposed, associated piping (less than 20 feet) to connect the new treatment system to the existing water tanks.
