Document Description
This exemption is for the preparation of planning studies for the followin projects: Dutch Flat Mutual Consolidation Project, Applegate Treated Water Improvements Project, Alta Treated Water Improvements Project, and Duncan Hill Treated Water Improvements Project. PCWA is filing Financial Assistance Applications with the State Water Resources Control Board for funding these projects, which will utilize State Revolving Funds to conduct the planning studies. The planning studies will include engineering design and may also include geotechnical analysis that invovles some core sampling. Additional environmental documentation will be prepared for the proposed projects upon completion of the project planning and design.
