In the southeastern portion of the school campus, replace 34 classrooms in 2 buildings, add an additional 11 classrooms in a new 3-story, 45-classroom, modern earthquake-resistant building, demolish 49 of the 148 parking spaces in lot B, leaving 99 spaces, and create ~24,000 sf of adjoining courtyard and plaza areas.

The campus is 33.17 acres. The 148 space lot B is underutilized by ~50%. Removal of 49 unused parking spaces, to create ~24,200 sf of courtyard and plaza is a minor campus alteration of 1.67% w/o expanding the campus. Replacement of substandard classrooms with modern earthquake-resistant facilities for the same school purpose. Classroom capacity increases by only 10% from 111-122, which is less than 50%.
