The project entails placement of roof rainwater catchment tanks and conveyance systems adjacent to residences as accessory structures. In accordance with county building permit exemptions, individual tank volumes will not exceed 5,000 gallons, although each system may consist of more than one tank. Tanks are placed on residential parcels of minimal habitat value.
