Document Description
CDFW has executed lake and streambed alteration agreement no. 1600-2016-0314-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the fish and game code to Pacific Baldwin Construction.
The project is limited to construction of a stucco-coated single-family home. The home will encroach on the channel, with a min setback of 11.5 ft from the channel thalweg and placement of a deck and a portion of the foundation below the top of bank. Up to nine riparian trees will be removed. No onsite retention/detention facilities are proposed. Four drainage outlets with rock dissipaters will be installed at the edge of the 11.5-ft thalweg setback. The stucco washout pit will be located away from the channel, immediately adjacent to Tiptoe Lane.
