Document Description
The proposed project would improve the energy efficiency of the existing State owned office building which was originally constructed in 1982. The project includes upgrades to interior lighting and lighting controls, optimization of air side systems, upgrades of existing pneumatic zone level controls to digital, replacement of the chiller, new chilled water pumps and VFDs, and new condenser water pumps and VFDs.
