- The CDFW is issuing a permit to Oakland Museum of California Herbarium pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 2081(a) to store dried specimens of plants, including plants that are designated as rare, threatened, endangered or candidate pursuant to the NPPA or CESA. The Permittee maintains collections of these plants for scientific and educational purposes which may include exhibitions and loaning specimens to outside researchers.
