Project consists of the sale and assignment of 402 square feet of restored Bailey Land Capability class 1b Restoration Credit, from Conservancy-owned land to a receiving parcel on which a new walkway and beach access stairs will be added to the existing private residence. The assignment enables the receiving landowner to carry out the project without any net increase in the amount of existing land coverage in the Bailey class 1b land capability areas within the Lake Tahoe Basin.
