Document Description
The purpose of this project is to complete a Stormwater Resource Plan for the Eureka Plain Hydrologic Unit for the benefit of the City of Eureka, County of Humboldt, and the Humboldt Community services District. The plan will meet the requirements of the SWRCB Stormwater resource plan guidelines. The plan will include a description of the watersheds, identification and prioritization of stormwater projects, an implementation strategy, and education and outreach. The development of the plan will include on the ground information gathering for the identification of potential future stormwater projects.
