Making Waves Academy proposes to expand their existing 6.45 acre middle and high school campus at 4123 Lakeside Drive in Richmond, CA. The Making Waves Academy Expansion would renovate three existing classroom buildings, demolish existing commercial buildings on six adjacent/nearby parcels, and construct three new classroom buildings, two new gyms, outdoor student space, and associated parking and infrastructure improvements.
