Document Description
The proposal is a mixed use building with 30 residential rental units and approx 4,200 sf of restaurant/retail space on a 0.87-acre site located at 9100 Richardson St, Windsor, CA. The proposed project is four stories with apartments located primarily above the ground floor commercial uses (there are three ground floor apartments). The project includes frontage improvements on Old Redwood Hwy and Richardson St, with a raised walkway along a portion of Old Redwood Hwy to preserve three large oaks. A total of 70 parking spaces are provided, including 30 parking spaces dedicated to residential units and 40 shared parking spaces open to the public. Seventeen street parking spaces are included in the parking total. Access to the project's parking lot would be via a shared driveway with the McDonald's site to the south.
