Document Description
City is proposing to partner with a developer to remove all existing development located within the project area, restore stream environment zone associated with re-establishing a portion of Bijou Park Creek, establish an area-wide water quality treatment system, and redevelop the remainder of the site with commercial sues and pedestrian trails. The project will result in ecosystem and watershed benefits while also improving water quality discharging to Bijou Park Creek and Lake Tahoe at Ski Run Marina.
