Document Description
The proposed project includes the clean up of the project site, including removal of junk vehicles, debris, and structures; soil remediation; export of 49,552+/- cy of soil; temporary stormwater drainage measures; and regrading. The proposed project also includes development of 150 housing units, associated parking, utilities, stormwater management, and a public-access nature trail. The proposed project consists of two phases, with the site clean up and remediation activities on APN 018-372-14 comprising phase 1, and the remediation activities on APN 018-381-01 and residential development comprising phase 2. Project entitlements include a GP map amendment, rezoning, planned development, and major subdivision.
