Document Description
The proposed project consists of a rezone from R-1, Res Ag to PD, Planned development, Design Review, tentative parcel map and a vesting tentative subdivision map to subdivide 4.98 acres into 21 single family residential lots and 2 common lots: a 27,030 sf common area and a 4,742 sf landscape associated street, sewer, water, and storm drainage improvements. Street improvements primarily consist of the construction of "Private Streets" through the proposed project, with connection to River Avenue on the south end of the project. Project includes water, sewer and storm drain improvements and to serve the subdivision.
