Document Description
The proposed project is a request by Crew Wine Company to amend its existing Use Permit, approved in 2008 (ZF #2007-031). Crew Winery currently bottles approx 105,000 cases per year, and proposes to increase to approx 255,000 per year after the expansion. The existing winery occupies +/- 7 acres, and an additional +/-4 acres are proposed to be graded to accommodate the expansion. The proposed amendment would expand winery operations and increase wine production and storage onsite, add a hospitality center, administration offices, laboratory, employee break room, and additional parking area. The estimated number of truck trips is proposed to increase from approx 2 per day to approx 5 trips during regular operations, and 20 trips during harvest.
