The project proposes to construct a two story, 85,815 sf assisted living and memory care facility with 90 units and 114 beds on approx 3.5-acres located east of the intersection of Rohnert Park Expressway and Snyder Lane. The proposed project is a phase II of the Oak View Senior Residential Project approved by the city in 2002. Phase I of the Oak View Senior Residential Project was completed in 2006 and involved construction of the Oak View of Sonoma Hills independent senior living facility on the property located immediately east of the proposed project site. The primary access to the project site would be from Medical Center Drive.
