The proposed project will expand the existing Grant Line Road to a four-lane expressway with a Class 1 bike/pedestrian trail from Waterman Road to Bradshaw Road. The project will also include utility relocation, drainage facilities improvements to support the new roadway, and the realignment of the Grant Line Road/Bradshaw Road intersection. The project includes the following components: grading and a culvert replacement
